When I was ten-years-old, my mum bought me some polymer clay to keep me amused on the long train journey up to Scotland from Kent to visit my grandparents. It was to be the start of a lifelong love affair with clay modelling.
I bought a wooden box to keep my Fimo in, I made little clay hippies, I made boxes to put them in and I sold them to friends and family. I would happily sit in front of the telly and make loads of little characters and animals. I still do.
Years later Mudmeddling is born, a name which describes exactly what I like to do - sit down and meddle with what is essentially mud, making little characters and animals, just like when I was ten-years-old.
My name is Ali, I live in Kent in England with my husband and my two beautiful daughters - Lillia & Phoebe.
